About Us

220 Legacy is a locally owned property company focused on the thoughtful restoration and long-term stewardship of land and homes in North Carolina. We believe well-maintained housing contributes to stronger neighborhoods and better lives. Our approach is hands-on, intentional, and rooted in respect for the homes we restore, the people who built them, and the people who will live in them.

How We Work

We work slowly... on purpose.

Every 220 Legacy property is evaluated individually. Renovations are planned with longevity, functionality, and restraint in mind. Materials are chosen for durability. Layouts are respected. Design decisions are made to age well, not chase trends. All work is performed by trusted local tradespeople selected directly by ownership. Accountability is personal. Standards are non-negotiable.The result is not just housing or a place to stay.
We create homes, and places you want to live.

A Note from the Founder

While 220 Legacy is a property stewardship company with a statewide portfolio, the roots--and my flagship properties--are in Oxford, North Carolina. For many landlords and property management companies, housing is just inventory. For me, homes and land are about environment, memory, and responsibility. My grandparents and parents knew the people who built these homes. They lived alongside them. They watched them work. These houses were not built for "cash flow" or "fast flips." They were homes made by people who expected their work to last. That lineage matters to me.I am an owner-operator, and this work is hands-on by design. Properties under the 220 Legacy flag are not held to be stripped, flipped, or extracted from. Each one is evaluated carefully, renovated deliberately, and returned to service with respect for its scale, its history, and the neighborhood it sits in.Today, I personally select every craftsperson and tradesperson who works on a 220 Legacy property. I know who is coming behind the original builders, and I hold them to the same standard of care and accountability.Homes in the 220 Legacy portfolio are restored to be structurally sound, clean, and functional. Design decisions prioritize longevity over trend and livability over maximum short-term return.I operate on a simple premise:
When a property is treated with care, it attracts residents who do the same.
The goal is stability for the home, for the residents, and for the surrounding community. Every project reflects that.Welcome to the neighborhood.
